At first viewing I was sure the plate was by Pat McCaffrey of Winterville Georgia. Now, I'm not so sure. Check out http://albums.phanfare.com/3577455/3137622#imageID=55645043
to see the front and back of one of Pat's plates and maybe you can decide.
