I love Bede's pottery. This is an unusual image in that it's not the usual image/slide one would take of a plate. Yet it captures the essence of this plate. I love just getting a hint of the "inside" of the plate and seeing the interesting outline of the rim, and being able to see the footring. The shadow that the plate cast is great too. It's actually the way we might see this plate as we sit down to the table. Thanks

i like the photo as well. i think more images should be shot in different ways....especially with a white background.
